Non-alcoholic Beverage or Food at Store Demo | MUSH

Vibrance Marketing, a leading field sales company for natural brands, is seeking a motivated, self-starting Brand Ambassador to conduct engaging in-store demonstrations for Mush at Whole Foods Market.

The upcoming demo is scheduled for October 15th, at 11 AM at Whole Foods Market - Charlestown - 51 Austin St, Boston, MA 02129. There may be additional campaign opportunities in your area in the future.

Availability on weekends is required, though some weekday demo opportunities may arise. You must be willing to contact stores to confirm inventory levels.

Payment Terms:

• $30/hr (1099 contractor)
• Paid weekly via Bill.com (Friday payments, reports due Monday 9 AM EST)
• Incomplete reports or reports requiring revision may delay payment.
• No travel pay.
• Product reimbursements will be added to your paycheck.

Self-Scheduling Required:

This position requires you to self-schedule your demos by contacting stores to confirm stock and arrange logistics. Vibrance Marketing does not schedule for you, except in cases where a scheduling portal is mandated. Failure to properly schedule will result in an inability to execute the demo, nonpayment, and may impact future opportunities.

Requirements:

• Must provide your own table, black fabric tablecloth, and an ice bucket or other relevant display tools as dictated by product requirements.
• Ability to comprehend and follow written instructions.
• Contact stores to verify stock and self-schedule demos (unless a brand login is required, which will be provided).
• Responsiveness to email communications.
• Familiarity with Promomash or a willingness to learn the platform.
• Demonstrated professionalism in submitting demo reports.
• Reliable transportation.
• Adherence to all food safety guidelines; a food handler permit may be required.
• Self-motivated, independent, and proactive work ethic.

Event Details and Duties:

• Represent the Mush brand effectively.
• Acquire comprehensive product knowledge through the brand's website and provided training materials.
• Set up and maintain a clean and appealing demo area.
• Maintain samples at the appropriate temperature (cool or room temperature) using correct storage tools.
• Provide samples, educate customers on product ingredients and health benefits, and drive sales.
• Track inventory, tidy, and face shelves to ensure a presentable display.
