MUSH In-Store Demo

Vibrancy Marketing, a leading field sales company for natural brands, is seeking motivated, self-starting Brand Ambassadors to conduct engaging in-store demonstrations for Mush. We value our Brand Ambassadors and may offer additional campaign opportunities in your area in the future. While weekend availability is required, some demo opportunities may also be available during the week. You must be willing to call stores to confirm inventory.Responsibilities include representing Mush, learning product details via the brand's website and training materials, and setting up and maintaining a clean demo area. You will be responsible for keeping samples at appropriate temperatures (cool or room temperature) using the correct storage tools. A key part of the role involves sampling products, educating customers on ingredients and health benefits, and driving sales. You will also track inventory, tidy shelves, and submit detailed, professional demo reports, including accurate expense tracking. Dress code adherence to brand guidelines is expected.

This is a self-scheduling position, requiring you to call stores to confirm stock and set up your demos. We do not schedule for you, except where a scheduling portal is mandated by a brand. Failure to schedule properly will result in an inability to execute the demo, non-payment, and may impact future opportunities. You must be responsive to emails.

Compensation for this role is $30 per hour as a 1099 contractor. Payments are processed weekly via Bill.com, with Friday payments contingent on reports submitted by Monday 9 AM EST. Incomplete reports or those requiring revision may delay payment. Please note, no travel pay is provided; however, product reimbursements will be added to your paycheck.

Requirements for this role include:

• Must provide your own table, black fabric tablecloth, and an ice bucket or other relevant display tools as per product requirements.
• Ability to read and understand written directions.
• Willingness to call stores to confirm stock and self-schedule demos (unless a brand login is required, which we will handle).
• Familiarity with Promomash or a willingness to learn the platform.
• Professionalism in writing demo reports.
• Reliable transportation.
• Adherence to food safety guidelines; a food handler permit may be required.
• Demonstrated self-motivation, independence, and a proactive approach to work.
