Tari Sauce In-Store Demo

Vibrance Marketing, a leading field sales company for natural brands, is searching for enthusiastic and independent Brand Ambassadors to conduct engaging in-store demonstrations for Tari Sauce.

This role offers potential for future opportunities with additional campaigns in your area. Weekend availability is essential, with some weekday demos also available.

Compensation:

• $30 per hour (1099 contractor)
• Paid weekly via Bill.com (Friday payments, with reports due by Monday 9 AM EST)
• Incomplete or revised reports may delay payment
• No travel pay
• Product reimbursements added to paycheck

Self-Scheduling Requirements: This is a self-scheduling position. You are responsible for contacting stores to confirm stock and arrange your demo schedule. Vibrance Marketing does not schedule for you, except where a scheduling portal is mandated by the brand. Failure to schedule properly will result in inability to execute the demo, nonpayment, and may jeopardize future opportunities.

Key Responsibilities and Duties:

• Act as a Brand Ambassador for Tari Sauce
• Thoroughly learn product details via the brand website and provided training materials
• Set up and maintain a clean, inviting demo area
• Ensure samples are kept at appropriate temperatures (cool or room temperature) using correct storage tools
• Offer samples, educate customers on product ingredients and health benefits, and drive sales
• Track inventory, tidy, and face shelves
• Submit detailed and professional demo reports
• Adhere to brand guidelines for appropriate dress
• Accurately track and submit expenses in demo reports

Requirements:

• Must provide own demonstration table, black fabric tablecloth, and ice bucket or other relevant display tools as dictated by product needs
• Ability to read and comprehend written directions comprehensively
• Capable of contacting stores to confirm stock and self-schedule demos (unless a brand login/portal is required, which will be handled by Vibrance Marketing)
• Responsiveness to emails is critical
• Familiarity with Promomash or a willingness to learn the platform
• Demonstrated professionalism in writing demo reports
• Reliable transportation is essential
• Adherence to all food safety guidelines; a food handler permit may be required
• Exhibit self-motivation, independence, and a proactive approach to work
