Tari Sauce In-Store Demos

Vibrance Marketing is seeking motivated and self-starting Brand Ambassadors to conduct engaging in-store demonstrations for Tari Sauce. This is an excellent opportunity to represent a natural brand, with potential for future campaigns in your area. Though weekend availability is required, some weekday demos may also be available.

As a Brand Ambassador, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including calling stores to confirm inventory and self-scheduling your demos. It's crucial to manage your schedule effectively as Vibrance Marketing does not schedule for you, except in cases where a scheduling portal is required. Proper scheduling is key to successful demo execution and timely payment, and it can impact future opportunities.

Compensation and Terms:

• $30/hour (1099 contractor)
• Paid weekly via Bill.com
• Payments issued on Fridays for reports submitted by Monday 9 AM EST
• Incomplete or revised reports may delay payment
• Product reimbursements will be added to your paycheck
• No travel pay

Key Responsibilities and Duties:

• Represent Tari Sauce with enthusiasm and professionalism
• Master product details through the brand's website and provided training materials
• Set up and maintain a clean and appealing demo area
• Ensure samples are kept at appropriate temperatures (cool or room temperature) using correct storage tools
• Engage customers by sampling product, educating them on ingredients and health benefits, and driving sales
• Track inventory, tidy, and face shelves to maintain an organized display
• Submit detailed and professional demo reports
• Adhere to brand guidelines for appropriate attire
• Accurately track and submit expenses in demo reports

Requirements:

• Must possess your own table, a black fabric tablecloth, and an ice bucket or other relevant display tools as per product needs
• Ability to comprehend and follow written directions
• Comfortable calling stores to confirm stock and self-schedule demos (unless a brand login is required, which will be handled by Vibrance Marketing)
• Responsiveness to emails is essential
• Familiarity with Promomash or a willingness to learn the platform
• Demonstrated professionalism in writing demo reports
• Reliable transportation
• Adherence to food safety guidelines; a food handler permit may be required depending on local regulations
• Self-motivated, independent, and proactive work ethic
