Tari Sauce In-Store Demo

Vibrance Marketing, a field sales company specializing in natural brands, is seeking motivated and self-starting Brand Ambassadors to conduct in-store demonstrations for Tari Sauce. We may have additional opportunities in your area in the future and would consider you for those campaigns.

Weekend availability is required, though some weekday demo opportunities may be available. You must be willing to call stores to confirm inventory before your demo.

Payment Terms:

• $30/hour (1099 contractor)
• Paid weekly via Bill.com
• Friday payments for reports submitted by Monday 9 AM EST
• Incomplete reports or reports returned for revision may delay payment
• No travel pay
• Product reimbursements will be added to your paycheck

Self-Scheduling Required:

This is a self-scheduling position. You are responsible for calling stores to confirm stock and arrange your demo schedule. We do NOT schedule for you, except in cases where a brand-specific scheduling portal is required. Failure to schedule properly will result in an inability to execute the demo, nonpayment, and could jeopardize future opportunities.

Requirements:

• Must have your own table, black fabric tablecloth, and ice bucket or relevant display tools depending on product requirements
• Ability to read and understand written directions
• Call stores to confirm stock and self-schedule demos (unless brand login is required, which we handle)
• Responsiveness to emails
• Familiarity with Promomash or willingness to learn
• Professionalism in writing demo reports
• Reliable transportation
• Adherence to food safety guidelines; a food handler permit may be required
• Self-motivated, independent, and proactive work ethic

Event Details and Duties:

• Represent Tari Sauce
• Learn product details via the brand website and provided training materials
• Set up and maintain a clean demo area
• Keep samples at appropriate temperatures (cool or room temperature) using the correct storage tools
• Sample product, educate customers on ingredients and health benefits, and drive sales
• Track inventory, tidy, and face shelves
• Submit detailed, professional demo reports
• Dress appropriately according to brand guidelines
• Track expenses and accurately submit them in demo reports
