Prevail Jerky Sampling Demo

Vibrance Marketing, a leading field sales company for natural brands, is seeking highly motivated and self-starting Brand Ambassadors to conduct engaging in-store demonstrations for Prevail Jerky at Whole Foods Market.

All current demonstrations are scheduled for October 3rd. We anticipate additional campaign opportunities in your area in the future and will consider qualified candidates for those roles. Weekend availability is a primary requirement, though some weekday demos may also be available.

Compensation:

• $30 per hour (1099 contractor)
• Paid weekly via Bill.com (payments processed on Fridays, with reports due by Monday 9 AM EST)
• Please note: Incomplete reports or reports requiring revision may lead to payment delays.
• Product reimbursements will be added to your paycheck.
• No travel pay is provided.

Self-Scheduling & Responsibilities:

This is a self-scheduling position. You are responsible for contacting stores to confirm product inventory and arranging your demo schedule. Vibrance Marketing does not schedule demos for you, except in cases where a specific scheduling portal is mandated. Failure to properly schedule your demos may result in the inability to execute the event, non-payment, and could impact future opportunities.

Key Requirements:

• Must possess your own demo equipment, including a table, black fabric tablecloth, and an ice bucket or other relevant display tools tailored to product requirements.
• Ability to comprehend and follow written instructions diligently.
• Proactive communication: Call stores to confirm stock and self-schedule demos (unless a brand-specific login is required, which we will provide).
• Prompt responsiveness to emails is crucial.
• Familiarity with Promomash is preferred, or a willingness to learn the platform quickly.
• Demonstrate professionalism in submitting detailed demo reports.
• Possess reliable transportation.
• Adherence to all food safety guidelines; a food handler permit may be required depending on local regulations.
• Must be self-motivated, independent, and proactive.

Event Details & Duties:

• Effectively represent Prevail Jerky.
• Thoroughly learn product details through the brand's website and provided training materials.
• Set up and maintain an immaculate and appealing demo area.
• Ensure product samples are kept at appropriate temperatures (cool or room temperature) using correct storage tools.
• Engage customers by offering samples, educating them on ingredients and health benefits, and actively driving sales.
• Accurately track inventory and ensure shelves are tidy and products are front-faced.
• Submit comprehensive and professional demo reports.
• Dress in alignment with brand guidelines, maintaining a professional appearance.
