About This Role

The Events Per Se team is seeking an engaging and organized Event Host or Hostess to lead our bar crawls. As a Bar Crawl Group Leader, you will be the primary point of contact for guests, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience as you guide them through scheduled venues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Arrive promptly to meet and organize the bar crawl group.
  • Guide participants efficiently from venue to venue, adhering to the event schedule.
  • Liaise professionally with door staff at each venue, confirming your role as the bar crawl group leader.
  • Clearly communicate to venue staff that guests wearing official wristbands are part of the event and are authorized for free entry.
  • At the conclusion of each scheduled time slot, enter the venue and inform all wristband holders that the group is transitioning to the next location.
  • Ensure the group arrives at the final designated venue by 11:00 PM.

End of Shift:

Upon the group's arrival at the final venue between 11:15 PM and 11:30 PM, the Event Host or Hostess may choose to depart or remain to enjoy the New Year’s Eve countdown.
