Neocell Collagen In-Store Demo

Vibrance Marketing, a leading field sales company for natural brands, is searching for motivated, self-starting Brand Ambassadors to conduct impactful in-store demonstrations for Neocell collagen at Vitamin Shoppe locations.

All current demonstrations are scheduled for October 18th from 11 AM - 2 PM. There may be additional campaigns in your area in the future, for which you would be considered. Weekend availability is required, though some weekday demo opportunities may be available.

Payment Terms:

• $30 per hour (1099 contractor)
• Paid weekly via Bill.com (Friday payments, with reports due by Monday 9 AM EST)
• Incomplete reports or reports requiring revision may delay payment.
• No travel pay provided.
• Product reimbursements will be added to your paycheck.

Self-Scheduling is required for this position. You will be responsible for contacting stores to confirm inventory and set up your demonstration schedule. Vibrance Marketing does NOT schedule for you, except where a specific scheduling portal is mandated by the brand. Failure to properly schedule may result in an inability to execute the demo, non-payment, and could impact future opportunities.

Requirements:

• Must provide your own table, black fabric tablecloth, and ice bucket or relevant display tools as per product requirements.
• Ability to understand and follow written directions.
• Willingness to call stores to confirm stock and self-schedule demos (unless a brand login is required, which will be handled by Vibrance Marketing).
• Responsiveness to emails is essential.
• Familiarity with Promomash or a willingness to learn the platform.
• Professionalism in completing and submitting demo reports.
• Reliable transportation.
• Adherence to food safety guidelines; a food handler permit may be required depending on local regulations.
• Self-motivated, independent, and proactive work ethic.

Event Details and Duties:

• Represent Bear Maple Farms.
• Learn comprehensive product details through provided brand websites and training materials.
• Set up and maintain a clean and inviting demonstration area.
• Ensure samples are kept at appropriate temperatures (cool or room temperature) using correct storage tools.
• Actively sample products, educate customers on ingredients and health benefits, and drive sales.
• Track inventory, organize, and face shelves as needed.
• Submit detailed and professional demo reports in a timely manner.
