Neocell Collagen In-Store Demo

Vibrance Marketing, a field sales company for natural brands, is seeking motivated, self-starting Brand Ambassadors to conduct in-store demonstrations for Neocell collagen at Vitamin Shoppe. This role focuses on promoting non-alcoholic beverages or food products.

All current demonstrations are scheduled for October 18th from 11 AM - 2 PM. There may be additional campaigns in your area in the future, and you will be considered for those opportunities. Weekend availability is required, though some weekday demonstrations may be available.

Payment Terms: This is a 1099 contractor position paying $30/hour. Payments are processed weekly via Bill.com, with Friday payments for reports due by Monday 9 AM EST. Incomplete reports or those requiring revision may delay payment. No travel pay is provided, but product reimbursements will be added to your paycheck.

Self-Scheduling Required: This is a self-scheduling position. You are responsible for contacting stores to confirm stock and arrange your demonstrations. Vibrance Marketing does not handle scheduling, except where a scheduling portal is mandatory. Failure to properly schedule may result in an inability to execute the demonstration, nonpayment, and could impact future opportunities.

Requirements:

• Must have your own table, black fabric tablecloth, and either an ice bucket or relevant display tools, depending on product requirements.
• Ability to read and understand written directions thoroughly.
• Call stores to confirm stock and self-schedule demonstrations (unless a brand login is required, which Vibrance Marketing will handle).
• Be responsive to emails.
• Familiarity with Promomash or a willingness to learn the platform.
• Demonstrate professionalism when writing demo reports.
• Possess reliable transportation.
• Adhere to all food safety guidelines; a food handler permit may be required.
• Be self-motivated, independent, and proactive.

Event Details and Duties:

• Represent Bear Maple Farms.
• Learn product details through the brand website and provided training materials.
• Set up and maintain a clean demonstration area.
• Keep product samples at the appropriate temperature (cool or room temperature) using correct storage tools.
• Sample the product, educate customers on ingredients and health benefits, and drive sales.
• Track inventory, tidy, and face shelves.
• Submit detailed, professional demonstration reports.
