Tari Sauce In-Store Demos

Vibrance Marketing, a leading field sales company for natural brands, is seeking motivated and self-starting Brand Ambassadors to conduct engaging in-store demonstrations for Tari Sauce. Successful Brand Ambassadors may also be considered for future campaigns in their area.

Weekend availability is required, though some weekday demo opportunities may arise.

Compensation:

• $30/hour (1099 contractor)
• Paid weekly via Bill.com (Friday payments for reports submitted by Monday 9 AM EST)
• Incomplete or revised reports may delay payment
• No travel pay
• Product reimbursements added to paycheck

Self-Scheduling Requirements:

This is a self-scheduling position. Brand Ambassadors are responsible for contacting stores to confirm inventory and arrange demo times. Vibrance Marketing does not schedule demos on your behalf, except where a scheduling portal is mandated by the brand. Failure to properly schedule will result in an inability to execute the demo, non-payment, and may impact future opportunities.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Represent Tari Sauce with enthusiasm and professionalism
• Master product details through brand websites and provided training materials
• Set up and maintain a clean and appealing demo area
• Ensure product samples are kept at appropriate temperatures (cool or room temperature) using correct storage tools
• Offer samples, educate customers on ingredients and health benefits, and drive sales
• Track inventory, tidy, and face shelves
• Submit detailed and professional demo reports
• Dress in accordance with brand guidelines
• Accurately track and submit expenses in demo reports

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Possession of a table, black fabric tablecloth, and ice bucket or other relevant display tools as per product requirements
• Ability to comprehend and follow written directions
• Capability to call stores to confirm stock and self-schedule demos (unless a brand login is required, which will be handled by Vibrance Marketing)
• Responsiveness to emails
• Familiarity with Promomash or a willingness to learn the platform
• Exhibit professionalism in written demo reports
• Reliable transportation
• Adherence to food safety guidelines; a food handler permit may be required
• Self-motivated, independent, and proactive work ethic
