Wellwerks In-Store Demo

Vibrance Marketing, a leading field sales company for natural brands, is seeking highly motivated and self-starting Brand Ambassadors (BAs) to conduct in-store demonstrations for WellWerks and other natural food and beverage brands.

If you are passionate about health, fitness, or natural brands, we encourage you to apply! We frequently have additional campaigns and opportunities for exceptional Brand Ambassadors.

Weekend availability is required; however, some weekday demos may also be available. All Brand Ambassadors must be willing to call stores to confirm inventory and schedule demos.

Compensation:

• $30 per hour (1099 contractor)
• Paid weekly via Bill.com (Friday payments)
• Reports are due by Monday 9 AM EST
• Incomplete reports or reports requiring revision may delay payment.
• No travel pay is provided.
• Product reimbursements will be added to your paycheck.

Self-Scheduling Requirements: This is a self-scheduling position. You are responsible for contacting stores to confirm stock and arrange your demo schedule. Vibrance Marketing does not schedule demos for Brand Ambassadors, except when a scheduling portal is mandated by the brand. Failure to properly schedule your demos will result in an inability to execute the event, non-payment, and may jeopardize future opportunities with Vibrance Marketing.

Essential Requirements:

• Portable table and a black cloth tablecloth (no plastic permitted)
• Sign holder
• Sample cups
• Gloves
• Ability to read and comprehend written directions thoroughly
• Proactive communication with stores to confirm stock and self-schedule demos (unless a brand-specific login is required, which will be provided)
• Responsiveness to emails
• Familiarity with Promomash or a willingness to learn the platform
• Professionalism in writing and submitting demo reports
• Reliable transportation
• Adherence to all food safety guidelines; a food handler permit may be required
• Self-motivated, independent, and proactive work ethic

Event Details & Duties:

• Thoroughly learn product details through brand websites and provided training materials.
• Set up and maintain a clean, inviting demo area.
• Effectively sample products, educate customers on product benefits, and drive sales.
• Track inventory levels, tidy, and face shelves as needed.
• Submit detailed and professional demo reports on time.
• Strictly follow all food safety guidelines; must be comfortable with light cooking when required.
• Dress appropriately according to brand guidelines to represent the product professionally.
