Events Per Se Bar Crawl

We are seeking an enthusiastic Event Host or Hostess to lead and coordinate our bar crawl groups. As a Group Leader, you will be the primary point of contact for guests, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience through various venues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Arrive promptly to meet and onboard the bar crawl group.
• Confidently guide participants between scheduled venues, adhering to the event timeline.
• Effectively communicate with venue door staff, confirming your role as group leader and ensuring smooth entry for all wristband holders.
• Clearly inform door staff that guests wearing official wristbands are part of the event and are granted free entry.
• At the conclusion of each time slot, enter the venue and notify all wristband holders about the transition to the next location.
• Ensure the group arrives at the final venue by 11:00 PM.

End of Shift: Once the group reaches the final venue at approximately 11:15 PM - 11:30 PM, you have the option to depart or join the New Year’s Eve countdown.

• Proven ability to keep a group organized and on schedule.
