Neocell Collagen In-Store Demo

Vibrance Marketing, a leading field sales company for natural brands, is seeking highly motivated and self-starting Brand Ambassadors to conduct impactful in-store demonstrations for Neocell collagen at Vitamin Shoppe locations.

Initial demonstrations are scheduled for October 18th from 11 AM - 2 PM. There may be additional opportunities in your area in the future, and we encourage you to apply. Weekend availability is required, though some weekday demos may be available.

Compensation:

• $30 per hour (1099 contractor)
• Paid weekly via Bill.com (Friday payments, with reports due Monday by 9 AM EST)
• Incomplete reports or reports requiring revision may delay payment.
• No travel pay.
• Product reimbursements will be added to your paycheck.

Responsibilities and Requirements:

• Self-scheduling is required: You must call stores to confirm inventory and arrange your demo schedule. Vibrance Marketing does not schedule for you, except where a scheduling portal is mandated. Failure to properly schedule may result in an inability to execute the demo, nonpayment, and could impact future opportunities.
• Must possess your own table, a black fabric tablecloth, and an ice bucket or other relevant display tools as dictated by product requirements.
• Ability to clearly read and understand written directions.
• Call stores to confirm stock and self-schedule demos (unless a brand login is required, which we will handle).
• Be responsive to emails.
• Familiarity with Promomash or a willingness to quickly learn the platform.
• Maintain professionalism when submitting demo reports.
• Possess reliable transportation.
• Adhere to all food safety guidelines; a food handler's permit may be required depending on local regulations.
• Be self-motivated, independent, and proactive in your approach.

Event Details and Duties:

• Represent Bear Maple Farms.
• Learn comprehensive product details through the brand's website and provided training materials.
• Set up and maintain a clean and appealing demo area.
• Ensure samples are kept at the appropriate temperature (cool or room temperature) using correct storage tools.
• Actively sample products, educate customers on ingredients and health benefits, and drive sales.
• Track inventory, tidy, and face shelves.
• Submit detailed, professional demo reports.
