Neocell Vitamin Shoppe Demos

Vibrance Marketing, a field sales company for natural brands, is looking for motivated, self-starter Brand Ambassadors to conduct in-store demonstrations for Neocell collagen at The Vitamin Shoppe.

Demonstrations are scheduled for October 18th from 11 AM to 2 PM. There may be additional campaigns in your area in the future for which you would be considered. Weekend availability is required, though some weekday demonstrations may be available.

This is a self-scheduling position. You must be willing to call stores to confirm inventory and set up your demonstrations. Vibrance Marketing does NOT schedule for you, except where a scheduling portal is required. Failure to schedule properly will result in an inability to execute the demonstration, nonpayment, and could jeopardize future opportunities.

Payment Terms:

• $30/hour (1099 contractor)
• Paid weekly via Bill.com (Friday payments, reports due Monday 9 AM EST)
• Incomplete reports or reports sent back for revision can delay payment.
• No travel pay.
• Product reimbursements added to paycheck.

Requirements:

• Must have your own table, black fabric tablecloth, and ice bucket or relevant display tools depending on product requirements.
• Ability to read and understand written directions.
• Call stores to confirm stock and self-schedule demonstrations (unless brand login is required, which Vibrance Marketing handles).
• Responsiveness to emails.
• Familiarity with Promomash or willingness to learn.
• Professionalism in writing demo reports.
• Reliable transportation.
• Adhere to food safety guidelines; a food handler permit may be required.
• Self-motivated, independent, and proactive.

Event Details and Duties:

• Represent Bear Maple Farms (Assumed to be a typo in the original and should be Neocell, but keeping as is as per instructions.)
• Learn product details via the brand website and training materials.
• Set up and maintain a clean demo area.
• Keep samples at the appropriate temperature (cool or room temp) using the correct storage tools.
• Sample product, educate customers on ingredients and health benefits, and drive sales.
• Track inventory, tidy and face shelves.
• Submit detailed, professional demo reports.
