Gnubees In-Store Sampling Demo

Vibrance Marketing, a leading field sales company for natural brands, is actively seeking motivated and self-starting Brand Ambassadors.

This exciting opportunity involves conducting engaging in-store demonstrations for Gnubees (www.gnusante.com/collections/gnubees) at prominent retailers such as QuickChek, Market of Choice, and others. Successful Brand Ambassadors may also be considered for additional campaigns in your area.

Weekend availability is required, though some weekday demo opportunities may be available.

Key Responsibilities and Duties:

• Serve as a brand representative for Gnubees, educating customers on product benefits and driving sales.
• Master product details through provided brand websites and training materials.
• Set up and meticulously maintain a clean and appealing demo area.
• Ensure product samples are kept at appropriate temperatures (cool or room temperature) using correct storage tools.
• Actively sample products, educate customers on ingredients and health benefits, and encourage purchases.
• Track inventory and maintain tidy, well-faced shelves.
• Submit detailed and professional demo reports.

Compensation:

• $30 per hour (1099 contractor)
• Payments are processed weekly via Bill.com (Friday payments for reports due Monday by 9 AM EST).
• Incomplete reports or reports requiring revision may delay payment.
• No travel pay.
• Product reimbursements will be added to your paycheck.

Self-Scheduling Requirements:
This position requires a proactive approach to scheduling. You are responsible for contacting stores to confirm stock availability and arranging your demo schedule. Vibrance Marketing does NOT handle scheduling for you, except in cases where a specific scheduling portal is mandated by the brand. Failure to schedule properly will result in the inability to execute the demo, non-payment, and could impact future opportunities.

Essential Requirements:

• Must possess your own demo table, a black fabric tablecloth, and an ice bucket or other relevant display tools as dictated by product needs.
• Demonstrated ability to comprehend and follow written directions.
• Willingness to call stores to confirm stock and self-schedule demos (unless a brand login, which Vibrance Marketing handles, is required).
• Prompt responsiveness to emails is crucial.
• Familiarity with Promomash or a strong willingness to learn the platform.
• Exceptional professionalism in preparing and submitting demo reports.
• Reliable transportation is a must.
• Adherence to all food safety guidelines; a food handler permit may be required.
• A proven track record of being self-motivated, independent, and proactive.
