Wellwerks In-Store Demo

Vibrance Marketing, a field sales company specializing in natural brands, is seeking motivated, self-starting Brand Ambassadors to conduct in-store demonstrations for WellWerks and other exciting natural brands.

If you are passionate about health, fitness, or natural products, we encourage you to apply! We frequently have additional campaigns and opportunities in your area and will consider you for future roles.

This position requires weekend availability, though some weekday demo opportunities may arise. You must be willing to call stores to confirm inventory for your demos.

Payment Terms:

• $30/hr (1099 contractor)
• Paid weekly via Bill.com (Friday payments, with reports due Monday by 9 AM EST).
• Incomplete reports or reports requiring revision may delay payment.
• No travel pay.
• Product reimbursements will be added to your paycheck.

Self-Scheduling Required:

This is a self-scheduling position. You are responsible for contacting stores to confirm stock and arrange your demo schedule. We do not handle scheduling for you, except in cases where a specific scheduling portal is required. Failure to schedule properly will result in an inability to execute the demo, non-payment, and may impact future opportunities.

Requirements:

• Possession of a table and a black cloth tablecloth (no plastic permitted).
• Must have a sign holder, sample cups, and gloves.
• Ability to read and understand written directions.
• Ability to call stores to confirm stock and self-schedule demos (unless a brand login is required, which we will provide).
• Responsiveness to emails.
• Familiarity with Promomash or a willingness to learn the platform.
• Professionalism in writing demo reports.
• Reliable transportation.
• Adherence to food safety guidelines; a food handler permit may be required.
• Self-motivated, independent, and proactive work ethic.

Event Details and Duties:

• Learn product details thoroughly via brand websites and provided training materials.
• Set up and maintain a clean and appealing demo area.
• Sample products, educate customers on product benefits, and drive sales.
• Track inventory, tidy, and face shelves as needed.
• Submit detailed, professional demo reports.
• Follow all food safety guidelines.
• Be comfortable with cooking when required for product sampling.
• Dress appropriately according to brand guidelines.
