Wellwerks In-Store Demo

Vibrance Marketing, a leading field sales company for natural brands, is seeking motivated and self-starting Brand Ambassadors (BAs) to conduct engaging in-store demonstrations for WellWerks and other exciting brands. If you are passionate about health, fitness, or natural products, we encourage you to apply and join our dynamic team. We frequently have new campaigns, and successful BAs will be considered for future opportunities in their area. We require weekend availability, with some weekday demos also possible.

As a Brand Ambassador, you will be responsible for calling stores to confirm inventory and scheduling your demos. This is a self-scheduling position, emphasizing your ability to manage your time effectively and proactively. Failure to schedule properly may impact your ability to execute demos, receive payment, and could jeopardize future opportunities. We do not schedule demos for you, except in cases where a scheduling portal is required.

Responsibilities include:

• Learning product details through brand websites and provided training materials.
• Setting up and maintaining a clean and inviting demo area.
• Sampling products, educating customers, and driving sales.
• Tracking inventory, tidying shelves, and ensuring products are faced appropriately.
• Submitting detailed and professional demo reports.
• Adhering strictly to all food safety guidelines.
• Comfortably cooking when required.
• Dressing professionally and according to brand guidelines.

Requirements:

• Possession of a table, a black cloth tablecloth (no plastic permitted), a sign holder, sample cups, and gloves.
• Ability to read and understand written directions clearly.
• Strong communication skills for calling stores to confirm stock and self-scheduling demos (unless alternative brand login is required, which we manage).
• Responsiveness to emails.
• Familiarity with Promomash or a willingness to learn the platform.
• Professionalism in writing demo reports.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to adhere to food safety guidelines; a food handler permit may be required.
• Self-motivated, independent, and proactive work ethic.

Payment Terms:

• Compensation is $30 per hour (1099 contractor).
• Payments are processed weekly via Bill.com, with funds typically transferred on Fridays.
• Reports are due by Monday at 9 AM EST.
• Incomplete reports or those requiring revision may experience payment delays.
• No travel pay.
• Product reimbursements will be added to your paycheck.
