Events Per Se Bar Crawl

We are seeking an enthusiastic and organized Bar Crawl Group Leader Host to guide groups through exciting bar crawl events.

The Bar Crawl Group Leader Host will be the primary point of contact for guests and venue staff, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for all participants.

Key Responsibilities:

• Arrive punctually to meet the bar crawl group.
• Guide participants efficiently from one venue to the next, strictly adhering to the event schedule.
• Introduce yourself to door staff at each venue and confirm your role as the group leader for the bar crawl.
• Clearly communicate to venue staff that guests wearing official wristbands are part of the event and are entitled to free entry.
• At the end of each scheduled time slot, enter the venue and inform all wristband holders that the group is transitioning to the next location.
• Ensure the group arrives at the final venue by 11:00 PM.

End of Shift:

Once the group reaches the final venue between 11:15 PM and 11:30 PM, the host has the option to leave or remain for the New Year’s Eve countdown.
