About This Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic Event Host or Hostess to lead bar crawls. As a Bar Crawl Group Leader, you will be the primary point of contact for guests, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience as you guide them through various venues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Arrive promptly to meet and greet the bar crawl group.
- Confidently guide participants from one venue to the next, adhering to the event schedule.
- Liaise effectively with venue door staff, confirming your role as the group leader for the bar crawl.
- Clearly communicate to door staff that guests wearing official wristbands are part of the event and are entitled to free entry.
- At the end of each scheduled time slot, enter the venue and inform all wristband holders that the group is transitioning to the next location.
- Ensure the group arrives at the final venue by 11:00 PM.
End of Shift:
Once the group reaches the final venue around 11:15 PM to 11:30 PM, you have the option to conclude your shift or stay to enjoy the New Year's Eve countdown.
