Heavenly Waffles In-Store Demo

Vibrance Marketing, a leading field sales company for natural brands, is seeking motivated and self-starting Brand Ambassadors to conduct engaging in-store demonstrations for Heavenly Waffles and other exciting brands. This role offers future opportunities with additional campaigns in your area. While weekend availability is a must, some weekday demos may also be available. You will be required to call stores directly to confirm inventory and schedule your demonstrations.

Payment Terms:

• $30/hour (1099 contractor)
• Paid weekly via Bill.com (Friday payments for reports due Monday by 9 AM EST).
• Incomplete reports or reports requiring revision may delay payment.
• No travel pay.
• Product reimbursements will be added to your paycheck.

Self-Scheduling Required:

This is a self-scheduling position. You are responsible for contacting stores to confirm stock and arrange your demos. Vibrance Marketing does not schedule for you, except in cases where a specific scheduling portal is mandated by the brand. Failure to schedule properly will result in the inability to execute the demo, non-payment, and could jeopardize future opportunities.

Requirements:

• Table, black cloth tablecloth (no plastic permitted)
• Sign holder, sample cups, gloves
• Ability to read and understand written directions
• Call stores to confirm stock and self-schedule demos (unless a brand login/portal is required, which Vibrance Marketing will handle)
• Responsiveness to emails
• Familiarity with Promomash or willingness to learn the platform
• Professionalism in writing demo reports
• Reliable transportation
• Adherence to food safety guidelines; a food handler permit may be required
• Self-motivated, independent, and proactive work ethic

Event Details and Duties:

• Learn product details thoroughly via brand websites and provided training materials.
• Set up and maintain a clean and appealing demo area.
• Effectively sample products, educate customers, and drive sales.
• Track inventory, tidy, and face shelves as needed.
• Submit detailed and professional demo reports.
• Comfortable with cooking processes when required.
• Dress appropriately, adhering to brand guidelines.
