Heavenly Waffles In-Store Demo

A fantastic opportunity for a motivated self-starter to join Vibrance Marketing as a Non-alcoholic Beverage or Food In-Store Demonstrator for Heavenly Waffles and other natural brands. This position requires weekend availability, with some weekday demos possible. You'll be responsible for calling stores to confirm inventory and self-scheduling your demos. Payment is $30/hour as a 1099 contractor, paid weekly via Bill.com. Payments are processed on Fridays, with reports due by Monday 9 AM EST. Please note that incomplete reports or reports sent back for revision may delay payment. There is no travel pay, but product reimbursements will be added to your paycheck.

As a self-scheduling position, you will call stores to confirm stock and arrange your demo schedule. We do not schedule for you, except where a scheduling portal is required. Failure to schedule properly will result in the inability to execute the demo, non-payment, and could jeopardize future opportunities.

Key requirements for this role include:

• Table and black cloth tablecloth (no plastic)
• Sign holder, sample cups, and gloves
• Ability to read and understand written directions
• Calling stores to confirm stock and self-schedule demos (unless a brand login is required, which we will handle)
• Responsiveness to emails
• Familiarity with Promomash or a willingness to learn
• Professionalism in writing demo reports
• Reliable transportation
• Adherence to food safety guidelines; a food handler permit may be required
• Being self-motivated, independent, and proactive

Event Details and Duties:

• Learn product details through brand websites and training materials
• Set up and maintain a clean demo area
• Sample products, educate customers, and drive sales
• Track inventory, tidy, and face shelves
• Submit detailed, professional demo reports
• Follow food safety guidelines and be comfortable cooking when required
• Dress appropriately according to brand guidelines
