Lily's Chocolates In-Store Demos

Vibrance Marketing, a field sales company for natural brands, is seeking motivated, self-starter Brand Ambassadors to conduct in-store demos for Lily's Chocolates. We may have additional campaigns in your area in the future and would consider you for those opportunities.

Weekend availability is required, but some demos may be available during the week.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Represent Lily's Chocolates effectively.
• Educate customers on product details, ingredients, and health benefits, driving sales.
• Learn product details through brand website and training materials.
• Set up and maintain a clean demo area.
• Keep samples at appropriate temperatures (cool or room temperature) using correct storage tools.
• Track inventory and ensure shelves are tidy and faced.
• Submit detailed, professional demo reports.
• Adhere to brand guidelines for appropriate dress.
• Call stores to confirm inventory and self-schedule demos (unless a brand login is required, which we handle).

Compensation and Terms:

• $30/hr (1099 contractor)
• Paid weekly via Bill.com (Friday payments, reports due Monday 9 AM EST).
• Incomplete reports or reports requiring revision may delay payment.
• Product reimbursements will be added to your paycheck; no separate travel pay.

Self-Scheduling Requirements:

This is a self-scheduling position. You are responsible for calling stores to confirm stock and set up your demos. We do NOT schedule for you, except where a scheduling portal is required. Failure to schedule properly will result in an inability to execute the demo, nonpayment, and could jeopardize future opportunities.

Job Requirements:

• Must possess your own table, black fabric tablecloth, and ice bucket or relevant display tools depending on product requirements.
• Ability to read and understand written directions.
• Responsiveness to emails.
• Familiarity with Promomash or a willingness to learn the platform.
• Professionalism in writing demo reports.
• Reliable transportation.
• Adherence to food safety guidelines; a food handler permit may be required.
• Self-motivated, independent, and proactive work ethic.
