Gnubees In-Store Sampling Demo

Vibrance Marketing, a leading field sales company for natural brands, is seeking highly motivated, self-starting Brand Ambassadors to conduct engaging in-store demonstrations for Gnubees (www.gnusante.com/collections/gnubees) at QuickChek, Market of Choice, and other retail locations. This is an excellent opportunity to represent a vibrant brand, with potential for future campaigns in your area.

Weekend availability is required, though some weekday demo opportunities may be available. Brand Ambassadors must be proactive in calling stores to confirm inventory for demos.

Compensation for this 1099 contractor position is $30 per hour. Payments are processed weekly via Bill.com, with funds disbursed on Fridays. Reports are due by Monday 9:00 AM EST. Please note that incomplete reports or those returned for revision may delay payment. Travel expenses are not reimbursed, but product reimbursements will be added to your paycheck.

This role requires self-scheduling. You are responsible for contacting stores to confirm stock and arrange your demos. Vibrance Marketing does not handle scheduling, except in cases where a specific scheduling portal is mandated. Failure to schedule properly will impact your ability to execute demos, result in non-payment, and could affect future opportunities.

Key responsibilities and requirements include:

• Representing Gnubees with enthusiasm and professionalism.
• Thoroughly learning product details through the brand's website and provided training materials.
• Setting up and maintaining a clean and inviting demo area.
• Ensuring samples are kept at appropriate temperatures (cool or room temperature) using correct storage tools.
• Actively sampling products, educating customers on ingredients and health benefits, and driving sales.
• Tracking inventory, tidying shelves, and ensuring product facings.
• Submitting detailed and professional demo reports.
• Possession of reliable transportation.
• Strict adherence to food safety guidelines; a food handler permit may be required based on local regulations.

Candidate requirements:

• Must possess own demo table, a black fabric tablecloth, and an ice bucket or other relevant display tools as dictated by product requirements.
• Ability to comprehend and follow written directions meticulously.
• Proactive communication: calling stores to confirm stock and self-schedule demos (unless a brand login, managed by Vibrance Marketing, is required).
• Strong responsiveness to email communications.
• Familiarity with Promomash or a willingness to quickly learn the platform.
• Demonstrated professionalism in drafting demo reports.
• Self-motivated, independent, and proactive work ethic.
