Natural Vitality Vitamin Shoppe Demo

Vibrance Marketing, a leading field sales company for natural brands, is seeking motivated and self-starting Brand Ambassadors to conduct engaging in-store demonstrations for Natural Vitality at Vitamin Shoppe.

All demonstrations are scheduled for October 4th at 11 AM. We anticipate additional campaign opportunities in your area and will consider you for those future roles. Weekend availability is required, though some weekday demos may be available.

Payment Terms:

• $30/hour (1099 contractor)
• Paid weekly via Bill.com (Friday payments, with reports due Monday by 9 AM EST)
• Incomplete reports or those requiring revision may delay payment.
• No travel reimbursement.
• Product reimbursements will be added to your paycheck.

Self-Scheduling Required:
This position requires you to self-schedule your demos by contacting stores to confirm stock and arrange your schedule. We do not handle scheduling for you, except where a brand-specific scheduling portal is mandated. Failure to properly schedule will result in the inability to execute the demo, non-payment, and may impact future opportunities.

Requirements:

• Must possess your own table, black fabric tablecloth, and an ice bucket or other relevant display tools as dictated by product requirements.
• Ability to comprehend and follow written directions.
• Willingness to call stores to confirm product stock and self-schedule demos (unless a brand login is required, which we will provide).
• Responsiveness to emails.
• Familiarity with Promomash or a willingness to learn the platform.
• Professionalism in writing and submitting demo reports.
• Reliable transportation.
• Adherence to food safety guidelines; a food handler permit may be required.
• Must be self-motivated, independent, and proactive.

Event Details and Duties:

• Represent Bear Maple Farms.
• Learn product details through provided brand websites and training materials.
• Set up and maintain a clean and attractive demo area.
• Maintain samples at the appropriate temperature (cool or room temperature) using correct storage tools.
• Sample products, educate customers on ingredients and health benefits, and drive sales.
• Track inventory, tidy, and face shelves.
• Submit detailed, professional demo reports.
