Neocell Collagen In-Store Demo

Vibrance Marketing, a leading field sales company for natural brands, is seeking motivated and self-starting Brand Ambassadors to conduct engaging in-store demonstrations.

This opportunity focuses on Neocell collagen at Vitamin Shoppe locations. Initial demonstrations are scheduled for October 18th from 11 AM - 2 PM. There may be additional campaigns in your area in the future, providing further opportunities.

Weekend availability is required, though some weekday demos may be available.

Compensation:

• $30/hour (1099 contractor)
• Paid weekly via Bill.com (Friday payments, with reports due Monday by 9 AM EST)
• Incomplete reports or those requiring revision may delay payment.
• No travel pay.
• Product reimbursements will be added to your paycheck.

Self-Scheduling is Required:
This is a self-scheduling position. You are responsible for contacting stores to confirm stock and arrange your demonstration times. Vibrance Marketing does NOT schedule for you, except where a scheduling portal is mandated. Failure to schedule properly will result in an inability to execute the demo, non-payment, and may impact future opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent Bear Maple Farms.
• Thoroughly learn product details via the brand website and provided training materials.
• Set up and maintain a clean and engaging demo area.
• Ensure samples are kept at appropriate temperatures (cool or room temperature) using correct storage tools.
• Actively sample products, educate customers on ingredients and health benefits, and drive sales.
• Track inventory, tidy, and face shelves.
• Submit detailed and professional demo reports.

Requirements:

• Must have your own table, black fabric tablecloth, and ice bucket or relevant display tools depending on product requirements.
• Ability to read and understand written directions.
• Willingness to call stores to confirm stock and self-schedule demos (unless a brand login is required, which will be handled by Vibrance Marketing).
• Responsiveness to emails.
• Familiarity with Promomash or a willingness to learn the platform.
• Demonstrated professionalism in writing demo reports.
• Reliable transportation.
• Adherence to food safety guidelines; a food handler permit may be required.
• Self-motivated, independent, and proactive work ethic.
