Lily's Chocolates In-Store Demo

Vibrance Marketing, a field sales company for natural brands, is seeking motivated, self-starter Brand Ambassadors to conduct in-store demos for Lily's Chocolates! There may be future opportunities in your area. Weekend availability is required, but some weekday demos may be available.

Pay: $30/hour (1099 contractor)
Payments weekly via Bill.com (Friday payments for reports submitted by Monday 9 AM EST)
Incomplete or revised reports may delay payment.
No travel pay; product reimbursements added to paycheck.

Self-Scheduling Required:
This position requires you to call stores to confirm stock and schedule your demos. Vibrance Marketing does not schedule for you, except where a scheduling portal is required. Failure to schedule properly will result in the inability to execute the demo, nonpayment, and could jeopardize future opportunities.

Requirements:

• Must have own table, black fabric tablecloth, and ice bucket or relevant display tools.
• Ability to read and understand written directions.
• Call stores to confirm stock and self-schedule demos (unless a brand login is required, which Vibrance Marketing handles).
• Responsiveness to emails.
• Familiarity with Promomash or willingness to learn.
• Professionalism in writing demo reports.
• Reliable transportation.
• Adherence to food safety guidelines; a food handler permit may be required.
• Self-motivated, independent, and proactive.

Event Details and Duties:

• Represent Lily's Chocolates, learning product details via the brand website and training materials.
• Set up and maintain a clean demo area.
• Keep samples at appropriate temperatures (cool or room temp) using correct storage tools.
• Sample product, educate customers on ingredients and health benefits, and drive sales.
• Track inventory, tidy, and face shelves.
• Submit detailed, professional demo reports.
• Dress appropriately according to brand guidelines.
