Lily's In-Store Demo

Vibrance Marketing is seeking enthusiastic and self-motivated Brand Ambassadors to conduct engaging in-store demonstrations for Lily's and other natural brands. This contract position offers flexibility and the opportunity to represent innovative products. We are always expanding our brand partnerships, and successful Brand Ambassadors may be considered for future campaigns in their area. Weekend availability is a requirement, though some weekday demo opportunities may also be available. You must be willing to call stores to confirm product inventory.

This role operates on a self-scheduling basis. You are responsible for contacting stores, confirming stock levels, and setting up your demos, unless a scheduling portal is specifically required, which we will handle. Please note that failure to schedule properly will result in the inability to execute the demo, nonpayment, and could impact future opportunities.

Responsibilities:

• Represent brands like Lily's and Cleanery (k) with professionalism and enthusiasm.
• Thoroughly learn product details through brand websites and provided training materials.
• Set up and maintain a clean, attractive demo area.
• Ensure product samples are kept at the appropriate temperature (cool or room temperature) using correct storage tools.
• Actively sample products, educate customers on ingredients and health benefits, and drive sales.
• Track inventory, tidy, and face shelves as needed.
• Submit detailed and professional demo reports.
• Dress appropriately, adhering to brand guidelines.
• Track expenses accurately and submit them within demo reports.

Compensation and Payment Terms:

• $30 per hour (paid as a 1099 contractor).
• Paid weekly via Bill.com (payments processed on Fridays).
• Reports are due by Monday at 9 AM EST. Incomplete reports or those requiring revision may lead to payment delays.
• Product reimbursements will be added to your paycheck.
• No travel pay is provided.

Requirements:

• Must possess your own demonstration table, a black fabric tablecloth, and an ice bucket or other relevant display tools as dictated by product requirements.
• Ability to read and understand written directions thoroughly.
• Responsiveness to emails is essential.
• Familiarity with Promomash or a willingness to learn the platform.
• Demonstrated professionalism in writing demo reports.
• Reliable transportation is a must.
• Adherence to food safety guidelines; a food handler permit may be required depending on local regulations.
• Self-motivated, independent, and proactive work ethic.
