Dr. Bronner Brand Ambassador Demos

Vibrance Marketing, a field sales company for natural brands, is seeking motivated, self-starter Brand Ambassadors to conduct in-store demonstrations for Dr. Bronner and other brands. Opportunities for additional campaigns may become available in your area in the future.

Weekend availability is required; however, some weekday demos may also be available. Brand Ambassadors must be willing to call stores to confirm inventory.

Payment Terms:

• $30/hour (1099 contractor)
• Paid weekly via Bill.com (Friday payments, reports due Monday 9 AM EST)
• Incomplete reports or reports requiring revision may delay payment.
• No travel pay.
• Product reimbursements will be added to your paycheck.

Self-Scheduling is required: This position requires you to call stores to confirm stock and set up your own demos. Vibrance Marketing does not schedule for you, except where a scheduling portal is required by the brand. Failure to schedule properly will result in the inability to execute the demo, non-payment, and could jeopardize future opportunities.

Requirements:

• Must have your own table, black fabric tablecloth, and ice bucket or relevant display tools depending on product requirements.
• Ability to read and understand written directions.
• Call stores to confirm stock and self-schedule demos (unless a brand login is required, which we will handle).
• Responsiveness to emails.
• Familiarity with Promomash or willingness to learn.
• Professionalism in writing demo reports.
• Reliable transportation.
• Adherence to food safety guidelines; a food handler permit may be required.
• Self-motivated, independent, and proactive.

Event Details and Duties:

• Represent Cleanery (k).
• Learn product details via brand website and training materials.
• Set up and maintain a clean demo area.
• Keep samples at appropriate temperatures (cool or room temperature) using the correct storage tools.
• Sample products, educate customers on ingredients and health benefits, and drive sales.
• Track inventory, tidy, and face shelves.
• Submit detailed, professional demo reports.
• Dress appropriately according to brand guidelines.
• Track expenses and accurately submit them in demo reports.
