Vibrance Marketing, a leading field sales company for natural brands, is seeking enthusiastic and self-starting Brand Ambassadors to conduct engaging in-store demonstrations. This exciting opportunity focuses on promoting Non-alcoholic Beverages or Food for WellWerks and other innovative brands. Key Responsibilities and Duties:

• Master product details through brand websites and training materials.
• Set up and maintain a clean and appealing demo area.
• Offer product samples, educate customers, and drive sales.
• Track inventory and ensure shelves are tidy and well-stocked.
• Submit detailed and professional demo reports.
• Adhere strictly to food safety guidelines, including cooking when required.
• Dress professionally in accordance with brand guidelines.

Scheduling and Availability:
This is a self-scheduling position requiring you to contact stores to confirm stock and arrange your demo times. Vibrance Marketing will not schedule for you, except where a scheduling portal is mandated. Weekend availability is required, with some weekday demos also possible.

Compensation:

• $30 per hour (1099 contractor).
• Paid weekly via Bill.com.
• Friday payments for reports due by Monday 9 AM EST.
• Incomplete or revised reports may cause payment delays.
• No travel pay.
• Product reimbursements will be added to your paycheck.

Requirements:

• Possession of a table and a black cloth tablecloth (no plastic).
• Must have sign holder, sample cups, and gloves.
• Ability to comprehend and follow written instructions.
• Proactively call stores to confirm stock and self-schedule demos (unless a brand-specific login is provided).
• Maintain responsiveness to emails.
• Familiarity with Promomash or a willingness to learn the platform.
• Demonstrate professionalism in writing demo reports.
• Reliable transportation is essential.
• Adhere to all food safety guidelines; a food handler permit may be required.
• Be self-motivated, independent, and proactive.
