Lily's Chocolates Store Demo

Vibrance Marketing is seeking motivated, self-starting Brand Ambassadors to conduct in-store demonstrations for Lily's Chocolates. We are a field sales company for natural brands, and future opportunities with additional campaigns may be available in your area.

Weekend availability is required; however, some demos may be available during the week. You must be willing to call stores and confirm inventory.

Payment Terms:

• $30/hr (1099 contractor)
• Paid weekly via Bill.com (Friday payments, reports due Monday 9 AM EST)
• Incomplete reports or reports sent back for revision can delay payment.
• No travel pay.
• Product reimbursements added to paycheck.

Self-Scheduling Required: This is a self-scheduling position. You are responsible for calling stores to confirm stock and set up your demonstrations. We do NOT schedule for you, except where a scheduling portal is required. Failure to schedule properly will result in the inability to execute the demo, nonpayment, and could jeopardize future opportunities.

Requirements:

• Must have own table, black fabric tablecloth, and ice bucket or relevant display tools depending on product requirements.
• Ability to read and understand written directions.
• Call stores to confirm stock and self-schedule demos (unless a brand login is required, which we handle).
• Responsiveness to emails.
• Familiarity with Promomash or willingness to learn.
• Professionalism in writing demo reports.
• Reliable transportation.
• Adherence to food safety guidelines; a food handler permit may be required.
• Self-motivated, independent, and proactive.

Event Details and Duties:

• Represent Lily's Chocolates.
• Learn product details via brand website and training materials.
• Set up and maintain a clean demo area.
• Keep samples at appropriate temperature (cool or room temp) using the correct storage tools.
• Sample product, educate customers on ingredients and health benefits, and drive sales.
• Track inventory, tidy, and face shelves.
• Submit detailed, professional demo reports.
• Dress appropriately according to brand guidelines.
