Beam Beverage & Food Demo

Vibrance Marketing, a leading field sales company for natural brands, is seeking highly motivated and self-starting Brand Ambassadors to conduct in-store audits for prominent brands including Beam, Kinship, Heart & Soil, and Javvy Audit. This role offers potential for future opportunities with additional campaigns in your area. Please note that weekend availability is required, though some weekday demo opportunities may arise. You must be willing to call stores to confirm inventory.

Regarding payment terms, this position offers $30/hour as a 1099 contractor. Payments are processed weekly via Bill.com, with Friday payments for reports due Monday by 9 AM EST. Incomplete reports or those requiring revision may delay payment. Travel pay is not included; however, product reimbursements will be added to your paycheck.

This is a self-scheduling position, requiring you to call stores to confirm stock and arrange your demos. Vibrance Marketing does not handle scheduling, except where a specific scheduling portal is mandated. Failure to schedule appropriately will prevent demo execution, nonpayment, and could impact future opportunities.

Key requirements for this role include:

• Possession of a personal table, a black fabric tablecloth, and an ice bucket or other relevant display tools as per product specifications.
• Exceptional ability to comprehend and follow written instructions.
• Proactive outreach to stores to confirm stock and self-schedule demos (unless a brand login, managed by Vibrance Marketing, is required).
• Prompt responsiveness to email communications.
• Familiarity with Promomash or a strong willingness to learn the platform.
• Demonstrated professionalism in drafting and submitting demo reports.
• Reliable transportation.
• Adherence to all food safety guidelines; a food handler permit may be required.
• A self-motivated, independent, and proactive approach to work.

Event details and duties encompass:

• Thorough comprehension of product specifics through brand websites and provided training materials.
• Setting up and maintaining a pristine demo area.
• Ensuring samples are kept at appropriate temperatures (cool or room temperature) utilizing correct storage equipment.
• Engaging customers by sampling products, educating them on ingredients and health benefits, and effectively driving sales.
• Diligent tracking of inventory, along with tidying and facing shelves.
• Submission of detailed and professional demo reports.
• Adherence to brand-specific dress code guidelines.
• Accurate tracking of expenses and their submission within demo reports.
