Tari Sauce In-Store Demo

Vibrance Marketing, a field sales company for natural brands, is looking for enthusiastic and self-motivated Brand Ambassadors to conduct in-store demonstrations for Tari Sauce. We are seeking individuals who can effectively represent the brand, engage with customers, and drive sales. Future opportunities with Vibrance Marketing may be available in your area. This position requires weekend availability, with some weekday demos possible.

As a Brand Ambassador, you will be responsible for representing Tari Sauce, learning product details, and setting up an engaging demo area. You will educate customers on ingredients and health benefits, offer samples, and track inventory. Meticulous reporting and adherence to brand guidelines are essential.

Responsibilities:

• Represent Tari Sauce with enthusiasm and product knowledge.
• Study training materials and the brand website to become a product expert.
• Set up and maintain a clean and appealing demo space.
• Ensure samples are kept at appropriate temperatures using correct storage methods.
• Offer samples, thoroughly educate customers on product features, ingredients, and health advantages, and encourage purchases.
• Monitor inventory levels, organize, and face shelves.
• Submit comprehensive and professional demo reports.
• Dress in accordance with brand guidelines.
• Accurately track and submit expenses in demo reports.

Requirements:

• Must possess personal demonstration equipment, including a table, black fabric tablecloth, and an ice bucket or other relevant display tools.
• Ability to comprehend and follow written instructions precisely.
• Capability to contact stores to confirm stock and self-schedule demos (unless brand login is necessary, which will be provided).
• Prompt responsiveness to emails.
• Familiarity with Promomash or a willingness to learn the platform.
• Demonstrated professionalism in submitting demo reports.
• Reliable transportation.
• Adherence to food safety regulations; a food handler permit may be required.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
• Willingness to call stores and confirm inventory.

Compensation:

• $30 per hour (1099 contractor).
• Paid weekly via Bill.com.
• Friday payments for reports submitted by Monday 9 AM EST.
• Please note: Incomplete or revised reports may delay payment.
• No travel pay.
• Product reimbursements will be added to your paycheck.

Self-Scheduling Policy:
This is a self-scheduling position. You are required to contact stores to confirm product availability and arrange your demo schedule. Vibrance Marketing does not handle scheduling, except where a scheduling portal is mandated by the brand. Failure to properly schedule will result in an inability to execute the demo, nonpayment, and may impact future opportunities.
