Beam+Kinship Store Demo Audits

Vibrance Marketing, a leading field sales company for natural brands, is actively seeking highly motivated and self-starting Brand Ambassadors.

This opportunity involves conducting in-store audits for Beam + Kinship + Heart & Soul + Javvy Audit. Future campaigns in your area may be available, and successful Brand Ambassadors will be considered for these opportunities.

Weekend availability is required, though some weekday demos may also be available. You must be willing to contact stores to confirm inventory for your audits.

Compensation:

• $30/hr (1099 contractor)
• Paid weekly via Bill.com (Friday payments)
• Reports are due Monday by 9 AM EST
• Incomplete reports or reports requiring revision may delay payment.
• No travel pay.
• Product reimbursements will be added to your paycheck.

Self-Scheduling is a key component of this role. You are responsible for contacting stores to confirm stock and arrange your demo schedule. Vibrance Marketing does NOT schedule for you, except in cases where a scheduling portal is mandated by the brand. Failure to schedule appropriately will result in an inability to execute the demo, non-payment, and may impact future opportunities.

Requirements:

• Must provide your own table, a black fabric tablecloth, and an ice bucket or other relevant display tools as dictated by product requirements.
• Ability to comprehend and follow written instructions.
• Proactively contact stores to confirm stock and self-schedule demos (unless a brand login is required, which will be provided).
• Responsive and timely communication via email.
• Familiarity with Promomash or a willingness to learn the platform.
• Maintain professionalism in all written demo reports.
• Possess reliable transportation.
• Adhere to all food safety guidelines; a food handler permit may be required.
• Demonstrate a self-motivated, independent, and proactive work ethic.

Event Details & Duties:

• Acquire comprehensive product knowledge through brand websites and provided training materials.
• Set up and maintain a clean and appealing demo area.
• Ensure samples are kept at appropriate temperatures (cool or room temperature) using correct storage methods.
• Offer product samples, educate customers on ingredients and health benefits, and drive sales.
• Track inventory, organize shelves, and ensure products are front-faced.
• Submit detailed and professional demo reports.
• Dress in accordance with brand guidelines.
• Accurately track and submit expenses within your demo reports.
