Non-alcoholic Beverage or Food at Store Demo | Lily's Chocolates Brand Ambassador

Vibrance Marketing, a leading field sales company for natural brands, is seeking a motivated, self-starter Brand Ambassador to conduct engaging in-store demonstrations for Lily's Chocolates.

This position requires weekend availability, though some weekday demos may be offered. Future opportunities with additional campaigns in your area may also be available.

Payment Terms:

• $30/hour (1099 contractor)
• Paid weekly via Bill.com
• Friday payments for reports submitted by Monday 9 AM EST
• Please note: Incomplete or revised reports may delay payment
• No travel pay
• Product reimbursements will be added to your paycheck

Self-Scheduling is Required:

This is a self-scheduling position. You are responsible for contacting stores to confirm stock and arrange your demo schedule. Vibrance Marketing does NOT schedule for you, except in cases where a scheduling portal is mandated. Failure to properly schedule will prevent demo execution, nonpayment, and could impact future opportunities.

Requirements:

• Possess your own table, black fabric tablecloth, and either an ice bucket or appropriate display tools per product requirements
• Ability to comprehend and follow written instructions
• Must call stores to confirm stock and self-schedule demos (unless a brand login, handled by us, is required)
• Responsive to emails
• Familiarity with Promomash or a willingness to learn the platform
• Professionalism in writing demo reports
• Reliable transportation
• Adhere to all food safety guidelines; a food handler permit may be required
• Self-motivated, independent, and proactive work ethic

Event Details & Duties:

• Act as a Brand Ambassador for Lily's Chocolates
• Learn product details through the brand website and provided training materials
• Set up and maintain a clean and appealing demo area
• Maintain appropriate product temperature (cool or room temperature) using correct storage tools
• Sample products, educate customers on ingredients and health benefits, and drive sales
• Track inventory, tidy, and face shelves
• Submit detailed and professional demo reports
• Dress professionally according to brand guidelines
