Events Per Se Bar Crawl

We are seeking an enthusiastic and organized Event Host or Hostess to lead our vibrant bar crawls. As a Bar Crawl Group Leader, you will be the primary contact for guests, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience as you guide them through scheduled venues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Arrive punctually to meet and greet the bar crawl group.
• Guide participants efficiently from one venue to the next, adhering strictly to the event schedule.
• Liaise effectively with door staff at each venue, confirming your role as the official group leader.
• Clearly communicate to venue staff that guests wearing official wristbands are part of the event and are entitled to free entry.
• At the conclusion of each scheduled time slot, enter the venue and notify all wristband holders about the transition to the subsequent location.
• Ensure the entire group arrives at the final venue by 11:00 PM.

End of Shift:

Once the group reaches the final venue between 11:15 PM and 11:30 PM, hosts have the option to depart or remain to enjoy the New Year’s Eve countdown.
