Leaf Home, a leader in home solutions, is seeking an Activation, Field, or BA Manager in Houston, Texas. This full-time, on-going position begins on Wednesday, December 3rd. Position Summary:

As a District Event Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for recruiting, hiring, training, developing, and managing a team of Event Marketers. Your primary goal will be to build brand awareness and generate sales leads within your designated district. This role involves resource planning, staff scheduling, and ensuring the successful execution of all events.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop and drive event-based marketing initiatives to generate sales leads for follow-up by sales representatives.
• Identify, schedule, and plan the event calendar for the Event Marketer team in the assigned district.
• Manage budgeting and staffing for identified local events.
• Attend and oversee the event marketing team at trade shows, home shows, fairs, festivals, and community events to generate new sales leads.
• Manage the setup and teardown of event marketing materials and equipment.
• Collaborate with local Operations and Installation Managers to enhance brand presence in the local market.
• Recruit, hire, train, and develop Event Marketers, establishing accountability through defined goals and KPIs.
• Develop timelines, organizational plans, and internal communications to ensure cohesiveness and transparency across the organization.
• Track and report event metrics to evaluate performance and return on investment (ROI) of events.
• Responsible for exceeding sales lead quotas based on established KPIs.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Experience and Minimum Qualifications:

• A Bachelor’s Degree is preferred, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• Two or more years of experience in a managerial position.
• Strong recruiting and training skills.
• Experience with large-scale budgeting and planning.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-starter with the ability to manage independently.
