Lily's Chocolates Store Demo

Vibrance Marketing is seeking motivated, self-starter Brand Ambassadors to conduct in-store demonstrations for Lily's Chocolates. We are a field sales company specializing in natural brands, and future opportunities with other campaigns may be available in your area.

Availability: Weekend availability is required, with some weekday demos potentially available.

Compensation: $30/hr as a 1099 contractor. Payments are processed weekly via Bill.com, with Friday payments for reports submitted by Monday 9 AM EST. Incomplete or revised reports may cause payment delays. Product reimbursements will be added to your paycheck; no separate travel pay is provided.

Self-Scheduling: This role requires proactive self-scheduling. You are responsible for contacting stores to confirm stock and arrange your demo times, unless a specific scheduling portal is mandated (which we will manage). Failure to properly schedule will prevent demo execution, non-payment, and could impact future opportunities.

Responsibilities & Duties:

• Represent Lily's Chocolates effectively.
• Master product knowledge through the brand website and training materials.
• Set up and maintain an inviting and clean demo area.
• Ensure products are kept at the appropriate temperature (cool or room temperature) using correct storage tools.
• Sample products, educate customers on ingredients and health benefits, and drive sales.
• Track inventory and maintain tidy, faced shelves.
• Submit detailed and professional demo reports.
• Adhere to brand guidelines for appropriate attire.

Requirements:

• Must provide your own table, a black fabric tablecloth, and an ice bucket or other relevant display tools as dictated by product needs.
• Ability to understand and follow written instructions.
• Proficiency in calling stores to confirm stock and self-schedule demos (unless a brand login, which we handle, is required).
• Strong responsiveness to emails.
• Familiarity with Promomash or a willingness to learn the platform.
• Professionalism in all written demo reports.
• Reliable transportation.
• Adherence to food safety guidelines; a food handler permit may be required.
• Self-motivated, independent, and proactive work ethic.
