Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary: $50,000 - $60,000
• Performance Bonus: Earn an additional $10,000 - $20,000 based on performance, bringing total compensation to $70,000 - $80,000

Lead and develop a high-performing team of field canvassers to generate quality sales leads through door-to-door marketing in targeted neighborhoods.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit, hire, train, and manage field canvassing teams
• Drive lead generation initiatives to exceed sales quotas
• Plan and execute canvassing routes (evenings/weekends required)
• Track performance metrics and ROI
• Ensure compliance with local permit requirements
• Collaborate with operations teams to grow market presence

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid Driver's License
• 2+ years of management experience in canvassing, lead generation, event marketing, or sales
• Experience recruiting and training teams
• Ability to work evenings and weekends
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
• Self-motivated with an accountability mindset

Preferred:

• Door-to-door canvassing experience
• Home improvement industry knowledge
