GEM Health Beverage/Vibrance Food Demos

Vibrance Marketing, a leading field sales company for natural brands, is seeking highly motivated and self-starting Brand Ambassadors to conduct engaging in-store demonstrations for GEM Health (k) and other exciting brands. Future opportunities with additional campaigns in your area may be available. Weekend availability is required, with some weekday demos possible. You must be willing to contact stores to confirm inventory.Responsibilities include representing GEM Health (k), mastering product details through brand websites and training materials, and setting up and maintaining an immaculate demo area. You will keep samples at appropriate temperatures (cool or room temperature) using correct storage tools, offer samples, educate customers on ingredients and health benefits, and drive sales. Additionally, you will track inventory, tidy and face shelves, and submit detailed, professional demo reports, all while adhering to brand dress code guidelines.This is a self-scheduling position. You are responsible for contacting stores to confirm product stock and arranging your demo schedule. Vibrance Marketing will not schedule for you, unless a specific scheduling portal is required. Failure to schedule properly will result in the inability to execute the demo, non-payment, and may impact future opportunities.Compensation is $30/hour as a 1099 contractor, paid weekly via Bill.com. Payments are processed on Fridays, with reports due by Monday 9 AM EST. Incomplete reports or those requiring revision may delay payment. Product reimbursements will be added to your paycheck; travel pay is not provided.Requirements for this role include:

• Possession of your own table, a black fabric tablecloth, and an ice bucket or other relevant display tools as per product specifications.
• The ability to comprehend and follow written instructions diligently.
• Proactively contacting stores to confirm stock and self-schedule demos (unless a brand login, managed by us, is required).
• Strong responsiveness to email communications.
• Familiarity with Promomash or the willingness to quickly learn the platform.
• Demonstrated professionalism in drafting demo reports.
• Reliable transportation.
• Adherence to all food safety guidelines; a food handler permit may be necessary.
• A self-motivated, independent, and proactive work ethic.
