Health-Ade In-Store Demos

Vibrance Marketing, a leading field sales company for natural brands, is seeking motivated, self-starter Brand Ambassadors to conduct engaging in-store demos. This exciting opportunity is for a Non-alcoholic Beverage or Food at Store Demo | Health-Ade position, with potential for additional campaigns in your area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent Health-Ade, educating customers on product details, ingredients, and health benefits sourced from brand websites and training materials.
• Set up and maintain an appealing and clean demo area, ensuring samples are kept at appropriate temperatures using correct storage tools.
• Actively sample products and drive sales.
• Track inventory and ensure shelves are tidy and faced.
• Submit detailed, professional demo reports, including accurate expense tracking.
• Adhere to brand guidelines for appropriate dress.
• Call stores to confirm inventory and self-schedule demos (unless a brand login portal is required, which will be handled by Vibrance Marketing).

Requirements:

• Weekend availability is required; some weekday demos may also be available.
• Must possess your own demo table, a black fabric tablecloth, and an ice bucket or other relevant display tools depending on product requirements.
• Ability to understand and follow written directions.
• Responsiveness to emails is crucial.
• Familiarity with Promomash or a willingness to learn the platform.
• Demonstrated professionalism in writing demo reports.
• Reliable transportation.
• Adherence to food safety guidelines; a food handler permit may be required.
• Self-motivated, independent, and proactive work ethic.

Compensation & Scheduling:

This is a 1099 contractor position with a pay rate of $30/hour. Payments are made weekly via Bill.com, with Friday payments for reports due by Monday 9 AM EST. Please note, incomplete reports or those returned for revision may delay payment. No travel pay is provided, but product reimbursements will be added to your paycheck.

This role requires self-scheduling. You are responsible for contacting stores to confirm stock and arrange your demo times. Vibrance Marketing does not schedule for you, except in cases where a scheduling portal is mandated by the brand. Failure to schedule properly will result in the inability to execute the demo, nonpayment, and may impact future opportunities.
