Health-Ade In-Store Demos

Vibrance Marketing, a field sales organization specializing in natural brands, is seeking a motivated and self-starting Brand Ambassador to conduct in-store demonstrations for Health-Ade and other upcoming campaigns.

This role primarily requires weekend availability, with some weekday demo opportunities possible.

Compensation:

• $30 per hour (1099 contractor)
• Paid weekly via Bill.com
• Friday payments, with reports due by Monday 9 AM EST
• Incomplete or revised reports may delay payment
• No travel pay
• Product reimbursements added to paycheck

This is a self-scheduling position. You are responsible for contacting stores to confirm product stock and arrange your demo schedule. Vibrance Marketing does not handle scheduling, except where a specific scheduling portal is required by the brand. Failure to properly schedule will result in an inability to execute the demo, non-payment, and may impact future opportunities.

Key Responsibilities and Duties:

• Represent Health-Ade, learning product details through brand websites and training materials.
• Set up and maintain a clean and appealing demo area.
• Ensure samples are kept at appropriate temperatures (cool or room temperature) using correct storage tools.
• Sample products, educate customers on ingredients and health benefits, and drive sales.
• Track inventory, tidy, and merchandise shelves.
• Submit detailed and professional demo reports.
• Dress in accordance with brand guidelines.
• Track expenses accurately and submit them in demo reports.

Requirements:

• Must own a table, black fabric tablecloth, and an ice bucket or other relevant display tools as required by the product.
• Ability to read and comprehend written directions.
• Willingness to call stores to confirm stock and self-schedule demos (unless a brand login/portal is required, which will be provided).
• Responsiveness to emails is essential.
• Familiarity with Promomash or a willingness to learn the platform.
• Maintain professionalism when writing and submitting demo reports.
• Possess reliable transportation.
• Adhere to food safety guidelines; a food handler permit may be required depending on local regulations.
• Be self-motivated, independent, and proactive.
