Lily's Chocolates In-Store Demo

Vibrance Marketing, a field sales company for natural brands, is looking for enthusiastic and driven Brand Ambassadors to conduct in-store demonstrations for Lily's Chocolates.

This role requires weekend availability, though some weekday demos may be open. Future opportunities with other brands in your area may also be available.

Payment Terms:

• $30/hour (1099 contractor)
• Paid weekly via Bill.com (Friday payments for reports submitted by Monday 9 AM EST)
• Incomplete or revised reports may delay payment.
• No travel pay.
• Product reimbursements will be added to your paycheck.

Self-Scheduling is required: You are responsible for calling stores to confirm stock and arrange your demos. We do not schedule on your behalf, except where a scheduling portal is mandatory. Failure to schedule correctly will result in an inability to execute the demo, non-payment, and may impact future opportunities.

Key Responsibilities and Duties:

• Represent Lily's Chocolates effectively.
• Educate yourself on product details using the brand website and training materials.
• Set up and maintain a clean and appealing demo area.
• Keep samples at the correct temperature (cool or room temperature) using appropriate storage tools.
• Offer samples, inform customers about ingredients and health benefits, and drive sales.
• Track inventory and ensure shelves are tidy and products are faced.
• Submit detailed and professional demo reports.
• Adhere to brand guidelines for appropriate attire.

Requirements:

• Must have your own table, a black fabric tablecloth, and an ice bucket or other relevant display tools as per product needs.
• Ability to understand and follow written instructions.
• Comfortable calling stores to confirm stock and self-schedule demos (unless a brand login is required, which we will handle).
• Responsive to emails.
• Familiarity with Promomash or a willingness to learn the platform.
• Professionalism in all written demo reports.
• Reliable transportation.
• Adherence to food safety guidelines; a food handler permit may be required.
• Self-motivated, independent, and proactive approach to work.
