Neocell Collagen Store Demo

Vibrance Marketing, a leading field sales company for natural brands, is seeking motivated, self-starter Brand Ambassadors to conduct engaging in-store demonstrations for Neocell collagen at Vitamin Shoppe locations. This role is crucial for educating customers and driving sales of non-alcoholic beverages and food items.

Initial demonstrations are scheduled for October 18th from 11 am to 2 pm. There is potential for additional campaigns in your area, and candidates demonstrating excellence will be considered for future opportunities. Weekend availability is required, though some weekday demo opportunities may arise.

Responsibilities include:

• Representing Bear Maple Farms products with enthusiasm and expertise.
• Mastering product details through brand websites and provided training materials.
• Setting up and maintaining an immaculate demonstration area.
• Ensuring product samples are kept at appropriate temperatures (cool or room temperature) using specified storage tools.
• Sampling products, educating customers on ingredients and health benefits, and effectively driving sales.
• Tracking inventory, tidying, and facing shelves to maintain an appealing display.
• Submitting detailed, professional demonstration reports.
• Calling stores to confirm inventory and self-scheduling demos (unless a brand login for scheduling is required, which will be managed by Vibrance Marketing).

Compensation:

• $30 per hour (1099 contractor).
• Paid weekly via Bill.com (Friday payments; reports due Monday by 9 AM EST).
• Incomplete or revised reports may delay payment.
• No travel pay; product reimbursements will be added to your paycheck.

Self-Scheduling is Required:

This is a self-scheduling position. You are responsible for contacting stores to confirm stock and arrange your demonstration times. Vibrance Marketing does not schedule appointments for you (except where a scheduling portal is mandatory). Failure to schedule properly will result in the inability to execute the demo, non-payment, and may impact future opportunities.

Requirements:

• Must provide your own table, a black fabric tablecloth, and an ice bucket or other relevant display tools as dictated by product requirements.
• Ability to comprehend and follow written instructions diligently.
• Responsiveness to emails is critical.
• Familiarity with Promomash or a strong willingness to learn the platform.
• Demonstrated professionalism in writing comprehensive demo reports.
• Reliable transportation.
• Adherence to all food safety guidelines; a food handler permit may be required depending on local regulations.
• Must be self-motivated, independent, and proactive in all tasks.
