Neocell Vitamin Shoppe Demos

Vibrance Marketing, a field sales organization for natural brands, is seeking highly motivated and self-starting Brand Ambassadors to conduct engaging in-store demonstrations for Neocell collagen at The Vitamin Shoppe. We are specifically looking for Brand Ambassadors to work on October 18th from 11 AM - 2 PM. While this specific opportunity is for the date mentioned, successful Brand Ambassadors may be considered for future campaigns in your area. Weekend availability is required, though some weekday demo opportunities may arise.

As a Brand Ambassador, you will be responsible for several key tasks, including contacting stores to confirm inventory and independently scheduling your demonstrations. This is a self-scheduling position, meaning you must proactively call stores to confirm stock and arrange your demo times. Failure to properly schedule may result in an inability to execute the demo, non-payment, and could impact future opportunities.

Payment Terms:

• $30/hour (1099 contractor)
• Paid weekly via Bill.com (Friday payments, with reports due Monday by 9 AM EST)
• Incomplete reports or reports requiring revision may delay payment.
• No travel pay.
• Product reimbursements will be added to your paycheck.

Key Requirements:

• Must possess your own demonstration table, a black fabric tablecloth, and an ice bucket or other relevant display tools as dictated by product requirements.
• Ability to comprehend and follow written instructions diligently.
• Proficiency in calling stores to confirm stock and self-schedule demos (unless a brand-specific login is required, which we will handle).
• Prompt and consistent responsiveness to emails.
• Familiarity with Promomash or a strong willingness to learn the platform.
• Demonstrated professionalism in writing and submitting demo reports.
• Reliable transportation is essential.
• Adherence to all food safety guidelines; a food handler permit may be required in some locations.
• Must be self-motivated, independent, and proactive in your approach to work.

Event Details and Duties:

• Represent Bear Maple Farms effectively.
• Thoroughly learn product details through provided brand websites and training materials.
• Set up and maintain a clean and appealing demo area.
• Ensure samples are kept at appropriate temperatures (cool or room temperature) using correct storage tools.
• Actively sample products, educate customers on ingredients and health benefits, and drive sales.
• Track inventory, tidy, and ensure shelves are faced appropriately.
• Submit detailed and professional demo reports in a timely manner.
