Lily's Chocolates Store Demo

Vibrance Marketing, a leading field sales company for natural brands, is seeking motivated and self-starting Brand Ambassadors.

This role involves conducting engaging in-store demonstrations for Lily's Chocolates. Future opportunities with additional campaigns may be available in your area.

Weekend availability is required; however, some weekday demos may also be available.

Compensation:

• $30 per hour (1099 contractor)
• Paid weekly via Bill.com
• Friday payments (reports due Monday 9 AM EST)
• Incomplete or revised reports may cause payment delays.
• No travel pay.
• Product reimbursements will be added to your paycheck.

Self-Scheduling & Logistics:
This position requires self-scheduling. You are responsible for contacting stores to confirm stock and arrange your demo times. Vibrance Marketing does not schedule for you, except when a scheduling portal is mandated. Failure to properly schedule may result in the inability to execute a demo, nonpayment, and could jeopardize future opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent Lily's Chocolates professionally.
• Master product details through brand websites and training materials.
• Set up and maintain a clean and appealing demo area.
• Ensure samples are kept at the appropriate temperature (cool or room temperature) using correct storage tools.
• Actively sample products, educate customers on ingredients and health benefits, and drive sales.
• Track inventory, tidy shelves, and face products.
• Submit detailed and professional demo reports.
• Dress in accordance with brand guidelines.

Requirements:

• Must possess your own display table, a black fabric tablecloth, and an ice bucket or other relevant display tools as per product needs.
• Ability to comprehend and follow written instructions.
• Comfortable calling stores to confirm stock and self-schedule demos (unless a brand login/portal is required, which we will handle).
• Responsive to emails.
• Familiarity with Promomash or willingness to learn the platform.
• Demonstrated professionalism in writing demo reports.
• Reliable transportation.
• Adherence to food safety guidelines; a food handler permit may be required.
• Self-motivated, independent, and proactive work ethic.
