Equator Coffee Store Demo

Vibrance Marketing, a field sales company for natural brands, is seeking motivated, self-starter Brand Ambassadors to conduct in-store demonstrations for Equator Coffee and other natural brands. If you're passionate about health, fitness, or natural products, we encourage you to apply!

We have ongoing opportunities and may have additional campaigns in your area in the future.

This position requires weekend availability, though some weekday demos may be available. You must be willing to call stores to confirm inventory for your demos.

Payment Terms:

• $30/hour (1099 contractor)
• Paid weekly via Bill.com (Friday payments, reports due Monday 9 AM EST)
• Incomplete reports or reports requiring revision can delay payment.
• No travel pay.
• Product reimbursements will be added to your paycheck.

Self-Scheduling Required: This is a self-scheduling position. You are responsible for calling stores to confirm stock and set up your demos. Vibrance Marketing does NOT schedule for you, except where a scheduling portal is required. Failure to schedule properly will result in inability to execute the demo, nonpayment, and could jeopardize future opportunities.

Requirements:

• Table and black cloth tablecloth (no plastic permitted)
• Must have: sign holder, sample cups, gloves
• Ability to read and understand written directions.
• Call stores to confirm stock and self-schedule demos (unless a brand login is required, which we handle).
• Responsiveness to emails.
• Familiarity with Promomash or willingness to learn.
• Professionalism in writing demo reports.
• Reliable transportation.
• Adherence to food safety guidelines; a food handler permit may be required.
• Self-motivated, independent, and proactive.

Event Details and Duties:

• Learn product details via brand website and training materials.
• Set up and maintain a clean demo area.
• Sample products, educate customers, and drive sales.
• Track inventory, tidy, and face shelves.
• Submit detailed, professional demo reports.
• Follow food safety guidelines.
• Be comfortable cooking when required.
• Dress appropriately according to brand guidelines.
