Beam+Kinship Store Demo Audit

Vibrance Marketing, a field sales company for natural brands, is seeking motivated, self-starter Brand Ambassadors to conduct in-store audits for Beam + Kinship + Heart & Soil + Javvy. We may have additional campaigns in your area in the future and would consider you for those opportunities. Weekend availability is required, but some demos may be available during the week. Must be willing to call stores and confirm inventory.

As a 1099 contractor, you will be paid $30/hr, disbursed weekly via Bill.com. Payments are processed on Fridays, with reports due by Monday 9 AM EST. Please note that incomplete reports or those requiring revision may delay payment. There is no travel pay; product reimbursements will be added to your paycheck.

This is a self-scheduling position. You are responsible for contacting stores to confirm stock and arrange your demos. Vibrance Marketing does not handle scheduling, except where a scheduling portal is required. Failure to schedule properly will result in an inability to execute the demo, nonpayment, and may jeopardize future opportunities.

Requirements:

• Must have own table, black fabric tablecloth, and ice bucket or relevant display tools depending on product requirements.
• Ability to read and understand written directions.
• Call stores to confirm stock and self-schedule demos (unless a brand login is required, which we handle).
• Responsiveness to emails.
• Familiarity with Promomash or willingness to learn.
• Professionalism in writing demo reports.
• Reliable transportation.
• Adhere to food safety guidelines; a food handler permit may be required.
• Self-motivated, independent, and proactive.

Event Details and Duties:

• Learn product details via brand website and training materials.
• Set up and maintain a clean demo area.
• Keep samples at appropriate temperature (cool or room temp) using the correct storage tools.
• Sample product, educate customers on ingredients and health benefits, and drive sales.
• Track inventory, tidy, and face shelves.
• Submit detailed, professional demo reports.
• Dress appropriately according to brand guidelines.
• Track expenses and accurately submit in demo reports.
