18 Chestnut Demo Promotion

Vibrance Marketing, a leading field sales company for natural brands, is seeking motivated and self-starting Brand Ambassadors to conduct in-store demonstrations for 18 Chestnuts at Whole Foods Market and other retail locations. If you are passionate about health, fitness, or natural brands, we encourage you to apply!

We require weekend availability, though some weekday demo opportunities may be available. Future campaigns in your area may also lead to additional opportunities.

Responsibilities include:

• Learning product details through brand websites and training materials.
• Setting up and maintaining a clean demo area.
• Sampling products, educating customers, and driving sales.
• Tracking inventory, tidying shelves, and ensuring product facings.
• Submitting detailed and professional demo reports.
• Following all food safety guidelines and being comfortable with cooking when required.
• Dressing professionally according to brand guidelines.
• Tracking and accurately submitting expenses in demo reports.
• Securely storing and maintaining demo kits/materials.

Requirements:

• Must provide your own table and a black fabric tablecloth.
• Ability to read and understand written directions thoroughly.
• Willingness to call stores to confirm stock and self-schedule demos (unless a brand login is required, which will be handled by Vibrance Marketing).
• Excellent responsiveness to emails.
• Familiarity with Promomash or a willingness to learn the platform.
• Demonstrated professionalism in writing demo reports.
• Reliable transportation is essential.
• Adherence to all food safety guidelines; a food handler permit may be required.
• Must be self-motivated, independent, and proactive.

Payment Terms:

• Compensation is $30 per hour as a 1099 contractor.
• Payments are processed weekly via Bill.com, with funds disbursed on Fridays.
• Reports are due by Monday at 9:00 AM EST for timely payment.
• Incomplete reports or those requiring revision may delay payment.
• No travel pay is provided.
• Product reimbursements will be added to your paycheck.
