18 Chestnuts In-Store Demos

Vibrance Marketing is seeking motivated and self-starting Brand Ambassadors to conduct in-store demonstrations for 18 Chestnuts at Whole Foods Market and other locations. If you are passionate about health, fitness, or natural brands, we encourage you to apply! We may have additional campaigns in your area in the future and would consider you for those opportunities.

We require weekend availability, but some demos may be available during the week. You must be willing to call stores and confirm inventory.

Payment Terms:

• $30/hour (1099 contractor)
• Paid weekly via Bill.com (Friday payments, reports due Monday 9 AM EST)
• Incomplete reports or reports sent back for revision can delay payment.
• No travel pay.
• Product reimbursements added to paycheck.

Requirements:

• Must have own table and a black fabric tablecloth.
• Ability to read and understand written directions.
• Call stores to confirm stock and self-schedule demos (unless brand login is required, which we handle).
• Responsiveness to emails.
• Familiarity with Promomash or willingness to learn.
• Professionalism in writing demo reports.
• Reliable transportation.
• Adhere to food safety guidelines; a food handler permit may be required.
• Self-motivated, independent, and proactive.

Event Details and Duties:

• Learn product details via brand website and training materials.
• Set up and maintain a clean demo area.
• Sample products, educate customers, and drive sales.
• Track inventory, tidy, and face shelves.
• Submit detailed, professional demo reports.
• Follow food safety guidelines.
• Comfortable cooking when required.
• Dress appropriately according to brand guidelines.
• Track expenses and accurately submit expenses in demo reports.
• Store and maintain demo kits/materials securely.
