Gnubees In-Store Sampling Demo

Vibrance Marketing, a leading field sales company for natural brands, is actively seeking enthusiastic and self-starting Brand Ambassadors to conduct engaging in-store demonstrations for Gnubees (www.gnusante.com/collections/gnubees) at prominent retailers such as QuickChek, Market of Choice, and other locations. Successful Brand Ambassadors may also be considered for additional campaigns in their area.

Weekend availability is essential, though some weekday demo opportunities may arise. Candidates must be willing to contact stores to confirm inventory levels.

Compensation:

• $30 per hour (paid as a 1099 contractor)
• Paid weekly via Bill.com
• Friday payments for reports submitted by Monday 9 AM EST
• Incomplete reports or those requiring revision may delay payment.
• No travel pay is provided.
• Product reimbursements will be added to your paycheck.

Self-Scheduling Requirement: This role necessitates proactive self-scheduling. Brand Ambassadors are responsible for contacting stores to confirm stock availability and arrange their demo times. Vibrance Marketing does not handle scheduling, except in cases where a specific scheduling portal is mandated by the brand. Failure to properly schedule will result in an inability to execute the demo, nonpayment, and may jeopardize future opportunities.

Key Requirements:

• Must provide own table, black fabric tablecloth, and ice bucket or other relevant display tools as dictated by product requirements.
• Ability to comprehend and follow written directions.
• Proficiency in calling stores to confirm stock and self-schedule demos (unless a brand login for scheduling is required, which will be managed by Vibrance Marketing).
• Demonstrated responsiveness to emails.
• Familiarity with Promomash or a strong willingness to learn the platform.
• Professionalism in crafting and submitting demo reports.
• Possession of reliable transportation.
• Adherence to all food safety guidelines; a food handler permit may be required depending on local regulations.
• Must be self-motivated, independent, and proactive in approach.

Event Details and Duties:

• Serve as a knowledgeable representative for Gnubees.
• Thoroughly learn product details through the brand website and provided training materials.
• Set up and maintain a clean and appealing demo area.
• Ensure samples are kept at appropriate temperatures (cool or room temperature) using correct storage tools.
• Offer product samples, educate customers on ingredients and health benefits, and effectively drive sales.
• Track inventory levels, tidy, and face shelves as needed.
• Submit detailed and professional demo reports in a timely manner.
